Certification Exam: Covert Entry Associate, knowledge-based exam re-attempt

This is an item available to RTCG candidate who wish to re-attempt their knowledge-based exam session within 60 days of a previous exam attempt.  A second attempt at the knowledge-based exam can be performed immediately following one's first attempt, but all subsequent attempts of the knowledge-based exam require a 14-day waiting period.
