Order Types & Delivery Information

On-Site Class Registrations

No advance shipment required. All materials and hardware will be provided at the class location.

Virtual Class Registrations

• Hardware kits are shipped approximately 2 weeks before class start date
• Domestic shipments: UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day Air
• International shipments: UPS Worldwide or DHL Express
• Tracking information will be emailed once your hardware kit ships

Certification Exam Materials

• Orders ship within 3-5 business days
• Standard shipping via UPS
• Expedited shipping available upon request

Shipping Delays

In the event of unexpected shipping delays for virtual class hardware, students may choose to reschedule their participation to a future class date at no additional charge. Please contact training@redteamalliance.com if you experience any shipping issues.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL Express. Additional customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
